Jersey Lichens
This project lasted for several years, covering
research, photography and book design services.
The book The Lichens of Jersey was published in 2015.
Jersey is a beautiful island and it has been a
genuine pleasure to have been involved in this work
This sculpture of hands clasped at Corbiere Point commemorates
a successful rescue at sea in April 1995 where 307 passengers
and crew were rescued safely after the 'Saint-Malo' struck a rock
900 metres north of the lighthouse. It was sculpted from
Jersey granite by Derek Tristram
